Wines inscribed in the great tradition of Provence reds: a nose of fruits and berries, a silk and smooth palate underlying the strength of tannins, to be enjoyed immediately or preserved in cave for a couple of years.

Blend

70% syrah - 30% cabernet-sauvignon

Vinification

Cold maceration over 48 hours. Maceration on marc for at least 20 days. Preservation in 1/2 muids for 9 months, followed by 9 months in vat.

Degustation

Its intense purple color hides the intertwined perfumes of spices, game and liquorice. The round and full palate offers beautiful tannins with a hint of wood. Ideal with a roasted lamb, a prime rib or a duck breast fillet...
